How We Approach Care

Before a resident moves in, we take time to understand who they are: their daily preferences, health history, social inclinations, and any specific needs they carry. This informs the care plan, which is written, reviewed, and shared with the family.

We don't operate from a fixed schedule applied to everyone. We use the individual's preferences as the starting point, and we adapt from there. If something isn't working — a meal time, a weekly activity, a medication routine — we adjust it through conversation.

Quality assurance happens through regular review meetings (internal and with families), written documentation of any changes, and an open-door policy for concerns. We'd rather hear about something small early than manage a larger problem later.

Transition Stay

Duration: 2 weeks to 2 months  ·  ฿19,000/month

A short-term residential stay designed for seniors who need a structured, supported environment for a defined period. This might be a recovery period following hospital discharge, a trial of residential living before committing to full-time care, or a temporary arrangement while family circumstances are in transition.

Residents receive a private room with comfortable furnishing, three balanced daily meals, light housekeeping, and basic wellness check-ins. Assistance with daily routines — getting dressed, managing medications, personal hygiene — is available on request. Social activities are offered but never mandatory.

At the close of the stay, the care team provides a written summary of observations, any changes noted in the resident's condition, and suggestions that may assist the family in planning next steps — whether that's a return home, ongoing residence at Solvaine, or something else entirely.

Ongoing Residence

For seniors who need a dependable, consistent daily structure — and for families who want to know their loved one is in good hands long-term. This programme functions as a genuine home. The room is the resident's space; the routine is shaped around them.

A care coordinator tailors each resident's daily structure from the start, taking into account their preferences, health considerations, social habits, and any family input. As circumstances evolve, the plan is updated — through regular reviews that include the family.

Weekly programming includes gentle stretching sessions, reading groups, light gardening, and cultural appreciation activities appropriate to the season. Participation is always by choice. For residents who prefer a quieter daily life, that is respected without question.

Continuous Nursing Residence

For seniors who require ongoing medical or cognitive support. All Ongoing Residence services are included, with the addition of 24-hour nursing availability, individual therapy and rehabilitation schedules, memory support activities, specialised dietary planning, and palliative comfort care where appropriate.

Rooms are equipped with medical-grade beds, alert systems, oxygen access, and comfort-focused lighting and climate controls. A named nursing team provides consistent care — the same people, reliably, so that familiarity and trust can develop over time.

A dedicated family liaison manages all external coordination — with hospitals, visiting specialists, and any third-party services involved — and keeps families informed and involved at every step. For families navigating a particularly difficult period of a loved one's health journey, this liaison is also available as a source of support and guidance.
