Can family members visit whenever they like? +
Yes. We operate an open-door visiting policy every day from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Families are always welcome, and longer visits or stay-for-meals arrangements can be arranged with the care coordinator.
How does Solvaine handle medical situations or emergencies? +
Nursing staff are on site at all times. For residents in the Continuous Nursing programme, a named nurse manages ongoing coordination with hospitals and visiting specialists. In any situation requiring hospital care, our team accompanies the resident and communicates directly with the family throughout.
What happens if a resident's needs change over time? +
Care plans are reviewed regularly and adjusted to match where each resident is. Families are part of these conversations. If a resident's situation changes significantly — in either direction — we discuss the next steps together, at whatever pace feels comfortable.
Can residents bring their own belongings or furniture? +
Absolutely. Personal items, photographs, small furniture, and cherished objects are encouraged. A familiar environment makes a meaningful difference, and we work with families to set up each room in a way that feels genuinely like home.

Our kitchen staff prepare balanced daily meals with rotating menus. Dietary requirements — including religious preferences, allergies, or medically indicated diets — are noted from the start and built into each resident's meal planning. Residents in the Continuous Nursing programme receive specialised dietary guidance as part of their care.
