Resident care records are retained for a minimum of 7 years following the end of a resident's stay, in accordance with Thai healthcare regulations. Website analytics data is retained for a maximum of 26 months.

With hospitals, clinics, or visiting specialists involved in a resident's direct care
With authorised family members or legal guardians, as agreed at admission
